"Dancing is Healing" at the Therapeutic Dance Hall -

Denise Koch of WJZ TV Channel 13's interview with Monica Boddie, Founder and CEO of her reasoning for creating the world’s first and only Mental Health Therapeutic Dance Hall. She was so intrigued when she learned about the hall and how Monica used it to introduce mental health therapy to the community.

Mrs. Koch, #danced her stress away, and interviewed Tavonte’ a community advocate, who spoke of the grief he felt when his fraternity  brother completed suicide.  Tavante came to Transformation Health to dance in the therapeutic dance hall-to ignite further healing through dance. He chose one of Baltimore City's mantra songs. "Dance My Pain Away" and he did just that!

Denise was a true witness of how music and dancing are healing!
