What you love most about your position: I have many years of administrative experience. I am a military veteran, have worked in banking, and processed new materials as a library assistant. I have also worked in a shelter for the displaced and as a HIV tester and counselor. Of the many fields I have dabbled in, I find the administrative filed most intriguing. I compare teaching new processes and learning them to putting a jigsaw puzzle together. The bigger the puzzle and the smaller the pieces make administrative work challenging and there is always a solution.
