I entered this work not just with credentials—but with a calling. As a child, I needed someone to listen without judgment, to create space for my big feelings, and to remind me that I was not alone. I became that person. I’m committed to showing up authentically, creating safe spaces, and helping others reclaim their voice and power.

 

My work is rooted in compassion and the deep belief that healing is possible for everyone. Whether I’m facilitating a therapy session, leading a team, or building programs; my mission is the same: to hold space for others in the ways I once longed for.
