SUBSTANCE USE PROGRAMS
Our individualized and caring approach focuses on clients designing a path to sustainable recovery.
SUD programs services both adolescents and adults and include comprehensive substance use disorder assessment; individualized treatment planning, individual and group therapy sessions as well as needed referrals to support recovery process or another level of treatment, if clinically needed.

SUD Key Points

Level 0.5: early intervention services

Identified clients who are for a known reason, at risk for developing a substance-related disorder or maybe in the early stages of alcohol or drug abuse or dependence.

Level 1: outpatient services

Identified clients who are diagnosed with a substance use disorder and who require services less than 9 hours weekly for adults or less than 6 hours weekly for adolescents.

Level 2.1

Identified clients who are diagnosed with substance use disorder and who require from 9 to 20 hours weekly for adults and from 6 to 20 hours weekly for adolescents which is based upon developmental and clinical needs.
